Your investment in getting found, known and chosen
Most pricing pages make you book a call to find out. Here are the numbers.
Something worth saying up front
These are starting points, not a menu. What your business actually needs depends on your market, how many areas you serve, and how far behind you're starting. That's what the free assessment is for. But you should know the range before we ever talk.
The price of this work isn't the most useful number. The useful number is what a customer costs you right now, and what one is worth. If you close one in four leads and a typical job is worth $1,500, every lead is worth about $375 to you. Run your version of that math and the right plan usually picks itself.
Step One Is Free
Before anything else, I personally look at how your business shows up today: your Google Business Profile, your website, your reviews, and what ChatGPT says when someone asks for what you do in your city. You get a plain breakdown of what's working, what isn't, and what you could fix yourself this month without paying anyone. Then we talk for 30 minutes.
How every plan works
Months 2 to 4 are the work.
The fixes go live, the tracking starts, and you get a monthly report in plain English. This is why every plan has a 4-month minimum: search and AI take time to notice changes, and anything shorter pays for a plan without the results. If your action plan is long and you'd rather not wait, the Accelerator (below) doubles up the work at the front.
After month 4, it's month to month.
30 days' notice either way. If something isn't working, I'd rather adjust than lose you.
Month 1 is the plan.
A full audit, a brand and positioning conversation, and a written action plan in priority order. You'll know exactly what's being fixed and why.
Three Plans
Get Found
starting at $1,500/month
For a single-location business that needs Google and AI to find it, and get the basics right.
Google Business Profile set up the way Google actually reads it
Website fixes: titles, structure, speed, and the schema that tells Google and AI what you do
Your name, address and phone the same everywhere (Google, Bing, Apple, Yelp, Facebook)
A review system that makes asking easy and consistent
Tracking on 20 keywords and 25 AI questions your customers actually ask
Monthly report in plain English
Get Known
starting at $2,500/month
Where most clients start. For a business that's findable but blends in, and needs to be the clear answer.
Everything in Get Found, plus:
A brand and positioning interview: who you serve, what you're the best choice for, and why, written down and used the same way everywhere
Website, Google profile and listings rewritten in that voice
Two articles a month, written in your voice, each with its Google Business Profile and LinkedIn posts
Making your site the source AI quotes: FAQs, clear answers, the structure AI reads first
Tracking on 40 keywords and 50 AI questions
Quarterly strategy check-in
Get Chosen
starting at $5,000/month
For a business ready to be the one AI and Google name first, across more of its market. I take on only a few of these at a time.
Everything in Get Known, plus:
Expansion into more service areas and services, with pages built for each
Four articles a month, each with its Google Business Profile and LinkedIn posts
Work on the outside sites AI trusts: local press, directories, industry sites
Competitor tracking: who's getting named instead of you, and why
Tracking on 60 keywords and 100 AI questions
A monthly strategy session with you, the owner. This is where the business questions live, not just the search ones.
Additional Options
priced per project, quoted after we’ve scoped it
The Accelerator. The first months always carry the most work. This option increases the front loaded hours so the foundation is done sooner.
Deeper AI tracking. Your plan tracks the questions that matter most. If you want more of them watched, across more services, cities or competitors, we add them.
Website content rebuild. When the site's pages need more than fixes: every page rewritten in your voice and restructured around what your customers actually search for and ask AI. Your design stays; the words and structure get rebuilt.
Photography. Team, workspace and job-site photos for your Google profile and website. Real photos are one of the things Google and your customers notice first.
Extra city or service pages beyond what your plan includes.
Facebook and Instagram versions of your articles.
AI and automation builds: lead intake, an automated phone attendant, a quote tool, review follow-ups. Different work from search, so it's priced on its own.
